I purchased one 42″LED TV from Singapore on 19.05.12 and registered with Samsung India for warranty repair as its power is not getting on. Complaint No.-8429216857 dated-25.07.12 is lodged on Samsung helpline. Service centre/Agra did not attended that product is purchase from outside. Original bill of purchase is submitted to them. On Samsung www site, it is mentioned that Samsung will provide one year warranty to its TV and no where it is mention purchase in India or outside India clause for warranty. Samsun is not attending the product since last two month.
