In case of cancel registration of my sim card without information

Name of company/service: airtel

Respectfully,
Sir, I baught a sim card (9935192798, airtel) before 7 years. from beganing i completed all formelties but suddenly company canceled my registration for permanent without information and they are saying for new connection. this is my permanent number without it my work is effected. sir tell me what i do?
