Its My Unfortunate to being a TATA Docomo Post-Paid BlackBerry Customer, Or You can say bad luck. NOT CAPABLE ENOUGH TO DEACTIVATE MY BLACKBERRY SERVICES IN MORE THAN 9 DAYS.
I have raised a query to Docomo customer care on June 16th to De-activate My BB Plan and its been almost 9 days its still activated, with lots of excuses coming from customer care.
I took Follow up call every single day. yesterday I got reply that we require few more working days to resolve the issue.
“Let me know if you could you resolve my issue or you may suggest me to switch to other network”. My A/C No. is 987605915.
In future just make sure “any of your docomo representative will not be entertained in SYNTEL campus Pune”
