Improper response from care executive

I recently had a talk with the executive named shilpa, she doesn’t know how to discuss issue with the customer, I asked her if the company has problem i would change the company then she reverted me with tone that ” you can do if you want to change and you can even complaint about it, it doesn’t matter to me.” this means that organization is supporting to run such hooliganism service for customer. I would request you to look into the matter and have strict action against them.
