A noise is coming from IDU of samsung 5 star air conditioning machine bearing S/L No.AS125FN. Repeatedly, I have lodged complaint with Samsung Customer Service – they have sent their installers and service personnel but without any effect till date. The installer diverting the fault to the service engineers and vice versa for almost last 11 months. I tried to contact with Distributor – M/s. Great Eastern – Sinthee More, Kolkata – they are also not responding properly. Please suggest me the procedure to take necessary action against them.
