Sir, I am Subhash (9672854436-Airtel). On 1/1/2015 while I was using internet at 1:59 pm my balance was deducted by ₹73.
I talked with customer care,the reason they are telling me ,I was not satisfied with that,I went to Airtel office at ganpati plaza they told me the reasons. Then I called customer care Again & told them the complete matter the senior officer told that they’ll call me Within 24-48 hours.i still didn’t get any call from their side
Sir please help me, If you want to make India Digital this type of cases can’t be ignored.
