Im proper guidance of Loan

Dear Sir/Mam

this is to inform you that I Vinay Kumar Singh has taken the loan on my HDFC Credit Card. It was not informed to me that any time if i surrender my Credit Card I have to pay onetime payment against the loan.
I have surrender my credit card account in may 2014, also the payment i have made in June 2014 which is accepted by the credit card department.
Now you are requested to confirm me that the account was closed in may 2014 how they have accepted my payment after the closure of my HDFC credit card account.
An early action/reply is requested.
