Illegal deduction of Amount in pre-paid service

Sir,I am per-paid customer of Idea mobile my No is 9912758620 Sir,without my concern the service provider deducting my balance Rs32,in this connection I contact them on 20/6/12 they send SMS No1-25152642475 hear-afterward they don’t cut the balance,but again on 29/6/12they deducted my balance Rs12/without my permission so take nessary action & do justice to me
