Faulty products and no service for products in warranty

Hi,

I had bought and AC from this company 2 years back. On purchasing the AC the compressor stopped working within the week. Then I got the AC exchanged.

Then in the next year, the compressor stopped working again. I was told that somebody will come in 48 hours, next 24 hours,thrice i was told that I will be called back. Nothing happened. Then for 5 days nobody did anything. Then I had to go to the service centre myself. There they told me that they had not received the complaint number. WHen I called the Customer Care center, they said that the service centre had cancelled the complaint.

I am still waiting. And nobody has done anything.
