i have buyed a Samsung AC (RR18FC2uppid401010 ) on Sunday. As the Sumsung service provider was saying to fully install this System till Monday . But today is Thursday and till now my AC is not installed properly. Everyday samsung care support says you complaint is forward on priority bases but i doesn’t know what type of priority they are providing . I think they have given me a defective peace of AC. So please tell me what we have to do further .
