Hi,
I had applied for MNP from Aircel to Airtel on 6th of July 2013. I had provided photo copy of my Aadhar card, passport size photograph and paid Rs20 for SIM cost. All these were as per your executive present at the desk in Airtel office (Near XIMB) handling my request. It has been now 10 days since I applied for porting but I don’t have any update on it. I have contacted Aircel and they informed me that they have not received any communication from your end. I also called up your Customer Care and they informed me that Airtel has not received documents from me yet and hence they can’t proceed with the request. They also asked me visit Airtel Office and check for the documents. Can you please let me know why my request is being treated in such an unprofessional manner. I had ensured that I provided all documents that was asked for me by your executive in Airtel office. Still, you have not been able to even initiate the process of porting after 10 days from original request. Please look into the issue and below are all the details which you might need on this:
