Hi,
I had requested for service disconnection from month of May 2013. Still not I got any conformation and I am not getting any call for that. Still the service is showing active status on my account on-line.
Please verify in your record and let me know. Every month bills are getting added to my account. This is not good.
Reason of disconnection:
Service is not available in my new shifted area.
Even Tikona Technical person came to my home and verify that it is not feasible.
When are you going to do due money settlement ? Take care of my advance deposit money and please inform and take back your devices.
I cant keep these devices any more in my home.
I want to return this device on advance money + do the bill amount adjustment. with no usages time wavier.
Today morning I got a call from Mr. Rajendra From Delhi[As he said]. He is claiming that he will do legal action if I will not pay the bill that I had not used the service. Actually he is from Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh.
Till date as per my record and mails, bill statement all my dues are cleared.
I had requested for disconnection request many time but it didn’t happened so far bills are keep generating, But I had not used your service. You can verify with your technical team for my data usage record.
Please do the need full help to close my account and looking for your healthy cooperation.
