IFB ELITE Vx washing machine in under warrenty with part replacement demand for money of damage part

Dear Sir,
I have purchase washing machine Model-ELITE VX 7 kg, 7 month before. But problem occure in front door. They sent engg After 20 days logging complent in IFB. Engg says front door handle is brocken need to replace. But,at this time IFB engg asking money for broaken handle. I told him if machine in under warrenty with part replacement how can i pay for this.company reply me ITS your fault you have to pay. IFB not ready to replace broaken part without money.
Kindly suggest what can i do?
