I am pankaj jain my mob no 8888460696,i have using idea no from last 2 year.
Early morning of 14 feb 228 Rs deducted from my prepaid balance,without any reason or sms of deduction,when i contact to customer care along with idea care office at Baner (pune),they wont be giving me any feedback regarding deduction.So i wanna clearification or regarding my deduction.

With reference to complaint no. 1-64088670339. I am inform you that on 10.12.2015 between 11 PM to 12 PM you have send a message to me and activated ICandy TV & Magic Box service without my consent and deduct my balance Rs. 145. I am requesting you to refund my balance immediately, my no. is (8750340732).
