company not delivering product even after taking advance

Name of company/service: S.C.VORA & COMPANY,Kolkatta

i have ordered a dental chair to S.C.VORA & COMPANY who is sellimg dental chair in the name of PRADEEP DENTAL OPERATORY. Order is placed in the last week of september and a advance of 25000 has paid.Company has made promise of delivering chair in 20 days.Still i am waiting for delivery of chair.
Order is placed to Mr.SANDEEP MATHUR who said himself the ow3ner of company.After repeated follow up he only made false comitment and now he evev dont attend my phone calls.I have already taken a shop in rent and pays the rent for last 3 mnth.My losss now counted in lakhs but the said company not even willing to give explanation for delay.
Kindly help me.
