I visited and requested several times to convert my postpaid no. into pripaid in idea gorakhpur jabalpur mp office. But no action has taken in this regard. Mai es baat ko lekar bahut pareshan hun. please anyone sujjest me what to do. Now I decided to not pay the bill untill my no. convert in to pripaid .
