Idea company Cheated And Misguided me

Dear Sir,

Mobile no.9689891000.

As per GPRS Alert message Which I got on 24th August-13 at 6.06 P.M. from Idea Company.
I used 465.01 MB of GPRS against 512 MB of Gprs. Usage was up to 23rd August 23.59 p.m.
As per My Plan I have 512 MB of GPRS is Free.

But when I Received bill I saw in itemized bill that Company had Started to Charge GPRS usage Charges from 23rd August Onwards. And On 23rd August-13 From Morning till Night company had Charged around Rs.600 plus service tax extra that means amount comes to Rs.671.

My Question is that as per GPRS alert message sent by company on 24th August-13. I had not crossed My GPRS usage limit till 23rd August-13.

Then How company had started to Charge me for GPRS usage from 23rd August-13.

That means Idea company is cheating the customers. And misguiding the Customers. This is crystal clear case of cheating
