I recharge online by idea website on 25-may-2013 of rupees 999/- but still I still time plan for which I was recharge was not activated, After ask to customer care they are telling this plan is not exist, when i ask for refund they refused to refund.

How i believe on ideal cellular company, and why others are believe to this company
