My mobile no. is 7890104396. I recharged rs. 60 top up,, to mobile no. 845074514,. on 13.5.2014. It was a mistake,, I wanted to recharge @ 8482052684. I immediately again recharged to the right number. And, then, I called at !dea customer care, immediately, and, requested for a ‘”reverce”…. They said, we take ur request, ur balance will be given back to You. Soon, they returned back the balance, from that number i.e. 8345074514., but didn’t give it back to me. I again called the next day, and the next. And so on….
Today, is 25th may. Yesterday, when I asked, they said, “we’re sorry, for inconvenience, &, we’v taken ur complain. Ur balance will b given back within today”
Jst, before a while, I today again called them,, and asked, what happened, I didn’t get it back.
Now, they denied, all the facts. Even, they said, there weren’t any request for reversal was issued…..
What the hell ……
