Hello Sir,
When i was trying to recharge my mobile with 97Rs though the OXICHAS site, i did not get the balance but the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account (payment through internet banking).
Later i get to know about my deducted amount from my account, so i’ve raised a complaint on 25/07/2014 to the OXICHAS customer care. After some time, i’ve received a call from the OXICHAS custormer care asking my Card details such as A/C.No, Card No, ATM Pin No, CV Number stating that the amount will be credited in the next few hours. i thought it was a correct site and told all my card details.
when I told all my ATM Card details to them, i was having 800 Rs in my account .Immediately, i’ve received an SMS to my mobile saying “Your AC has been made a debit card purchase of INR797.00 on 25th july”.
The total balance deducted from my AC is 894/- (97/- +797/-). Now the balance in my account is showing only 2.21/-. I’ve blocked my ATM card for now.
please do the needful to me and kindly take a serious action agains this site so that no one else can suffer like me.
