Company not giving service in warranty period

Dear sir,
I Suresh Pawar residing at Borivali(w)Mumbai purchased an Intex brand mobile from Anupam Stationary vide bill no.9636dt.14.1.2014.Mobile model is Aqua HD(White)duel sim for Rs.15000/-The serial no.is911340350109771.The mobile in running condition is given at service centre on 4.7.2014 & the technician at the service centre is not ready to repair the mobile for complaints like display problem,bluetooth & whyfi problem.He says that the mobile is not coverd in warranty period & he prepared a jobsheet in which it is mentioned that DISPLAY & TOUCH PHYSICAL DAMAGE & Mentioned that -Out of Warranty in the jobsheet no.407047103002T001.However at that time I told to him that there is no Physical Damage of the mobile & pointout that it is the manufacturing defect.Besides this interaction he charged Rs.6600 to repair the mobile.At that time I clearly mentioned on the jobsheet as-“strong objection of Amt.Rs6600 as the defect is of manufacturing & should be repaired within warranty period.Again also made a Note-Amt.Rs.6600will not be paid due to warranty.
Beyound the above interaction I called on companies toll free no.to Mr.Gaurao,Sr.Executive customer care &requested him to repair the mobile in warranty period.But he has not given response for this case.Again I called to Mr.Somesh a Intex Incharge on his cell 9167254933 & explained the fact in detail.Then he told to me that u may pl.be send ur complaint on the following email [email protected] Accordingly I have mailed my complaint on 24.7.2014saying that company should repair the mobile in warranty period.Till no response from the company.Hence my complaint may pl.be considered & give me a justice for this case.After approval of post necessary documents will be send on email.
