I want to lodge a complain against this Company for the Salary.

Location/place: New delhi

Name of company/service: Triambike Institute Of Technological

I’m writing this complain on the behalf of 15 people regarding our salary.
The company Triambike Institute of Technological which is situated at Rajouri Garden has not given us 1month and 10days salary and they have fired us without giving us any Notice Period or Information regarding the same on 10th feb 2013. When we asked about the salary of the month of January 2013 and 10 days of month of February they said we will get it on 20th feb 2013. Also they have not given us Any Offer letter and when we asked about it they said we will get the offer letter and the confirmation letter both after the completion of 3months. But after 3months they fired us and till now we wont get any salary and both the letters,for the same when we called them they are not ready to answer any of us call.
When we go to office they are saying we will not get any salary.
So kindly help as ASAP.
