I, Dr.Sayani Banerjee, have bought one samsung convection microwave (CE103FF-2S) last week.The product was absolutely ok when it was delivered.Then on 3rd August,2013 one person (Engineer) has sent from company (Samsung) to give a demonstration.This man knew nothing about the details of coocking in microwave and moreover he malhandled the product so much that he made a dent and also broke the corner of the front door.I have repeatedly called customer care since saterday only.Each time different person picks the phone up and ask to wait for a call back from local office.Finally today one lady has called and asking me to prove that the company engineer only has damaged the product.I want my either my money back or a product replacement.I have explained the samsung executive that why should we damage our own newly purchased product!But the lady who called me today from Samsung has not been seemed to have any interest in customer support as she was repeatedly defending her product engineer.So I hereby launching one complain and asking you to help me through this problem.
