Complaint regarding 0124- 4227029 phone number

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Airtel

Sir,
Even if daily calling airtel customer care service the issue with my phone, internet and IPTv is not fixed from last 15 days.

Everytime I call customer care they say that issue will be fixed by next day but noone has showed up and phone is dead and I am not able to use my internet and IPTV.

Its really frustating, I don’t know where to log my complaint, I tried calling nodal service and they don’t pick up the phone and also I dropped mails at their email id and I am just getting auto generated response,

Please help me resolve this issue ASAP.
