sir/madam,
I bought an HP printer(Deskjet 2050), It cost me Rs.3824. It worked fine. After printing around 120 papers (normal text data) black ink is over. Then i asked HP about refilling, they said it cannot be refilled i have to but a new catridge. That’s ok, but it will cost around Rs. 450, and i can print around 120 copies.
Means to print 120 copies i have to invest Rs.450 (Catridge) + Rs. 30 (100 papers) = Rs. 480 => i.e.,Rs.4 per page.
Where as outside if i want a print out copy i will get it for Rs.2 Max price. In bulk around 20 papers i can get it for Rs.1 a page. So what i am loosing here is Rs.3,824 for printer and each paper will cost me Rs.4. I asked the same from HP they are saying quality of the paper. I can say You cannot differentiate between the print copy from my printer and the one taken from outside(for 1 Rupee). So, i want a proper explanation from HP that why they are trying to fool us. I am fed of this printer. Now i am taking prints from outside. Kindly, forward this, and let everyone know abot this.
I truly need proper explanation from HP, if they cannot then i want them to take printer back.
Regards
