I didnt get my refund amount of Rs.2015/-

Location/place: New Delhi

NGPAY is online retail company which can be done through mobile phone. We can book tickets (Rail, Air, Cinema), shop etc.

I have booked a railway ticket on 20.03.12 for Rs.2153.07 and I cancelled that ticket on 11.06.12 and was supposed to get a refund of Rs.2015/- to my credit card account. But till date I have not received the amount. They I contacted NGPAY, they told they have refunded the amount on 18.06.12 and also gave me ARN no. through which they have done the refund to my credit card (Standard Chartered Bank) and asked to contact my bank. Then I contacted my bank but they told that they didnt receive any refund from NGPAY for the above amount. So I contacted NGPAY again and told that my bank is refusing the receipt of refund amount. Now NGPAY is telling that they will again check & confirm.

Already 2 months have gone and I am yet to receive my refund amount of Rs.2015/-.

Please help me in this regard
