I am staying in sonepur, saran district, bihar. accually my friend send a important book by professional courier from vijayawada date: 19.10.2012, to bihar but i am not receving my courier, Consignment No – VJA2856958 still date and my courier deatils not updated in online also, very poor service, but iam enquary about cover in hyd office she/he not responding properly in hyd office on dated 20 th oct 2012
