I cancelled my ticet from bhopal to mumbai on 5th august, but the money is not refunded in my account till now. When i followed up they said it will take 15-20 working days but till now its not done. Now when i am folowing up for the same they are not picking up the call/ not replying to my email and when they picked up (only once) customer support is saying its the out dated PNR so you have go to our city office (where no one is picking the call) as we dont have those records.
My PNR no. is J86FB and ticket no. is 098-2251099065. Travel date is 5th Aug and passenger name is Reshu Jain.
Please take the action against them and ask them to refund the money.
