Problem:Service of Reliance Communication (No incoming & Out going calls from my phone)
After registering complain with reliance customer care (*363) dated 18th July I got complain no-104400639 & customer care assured that as per the policy your problem will get solved within three days…..today it has already crossed 6 days but no solution is being given to me….On 21st I sent a mail to [email protected]
& sent three reminder mail there after no response…..finally I got a mail that it has got solved but nothing has been done yet…..I am still having the same problem of non connectivity.
Secondly I went to reliance web world at GC Avenue at KOLKATA…..they informed that your roaming is deactivated & shown me the system update.This act is without any reason…
Thirdly these people are foolling customer for last 6days that your probelm addressed & got resolved.
Right now I am at Kolkata & I am having no connectivity because of which I am loosing 10lac Biz. every day…..
Need justice…
