Huge Penalty for terminating service

Hello Sirs/Madams,

I bought Tata Docomo’s Photon No 8087006146 3g Simcard having for their Postpaid Plan 15GB

3G Data for Rs. 999 with validity of 3 months.

1. 29th February 2014 -I bought this service.

2. FIRST Month Bill Period- Ended on 19th March
I availed 5gb alloted for first month

3. SECOND Month Bill Period- 20/3/14-19/4/14
Availed 5gb alloted for second month

4. THIRD Month Bill Period- 20/4/14-19/5/14
Availed 5gb alloted for third month

At this point, I utilised all 15gb within 3 months bought for Rs.999.

I chose a plan of 3G Dongle 250 BC Plan.

5. FORTH month Bill Period- 20/5/14-19/6/14

Per this plan, I got 1GB for Rs. 250.

On 13/6/14 (in FORTH month)-
Because of internet speed as good as 2g speed, I requested to terminate my service.

Received below acknowledgment mail:

I cleared my payment of Forth month by Paying due amount Rs. 272. Below is the mail:

I thought the matter was over by terminating my connection before entering into FIFTH month.

I stopped using Photo on 18/6/14.

Am I supposed to charged for FIFTH month (Bill Period 20/6/14-19/7/14) though I have

terminated my service & cleared due amount?

Now Tata Docomo has sent Due Bill Amount Rs. 1854 for FIFTH month.

I received a call from Company from Telephone No. 913366155630 on 2/8/14. Due to noise & low

volume, I could not have conversation with Company’s executive who disconnected the call. I

hoped that I would receive another call, instead I received email from Tata Docomo-
