Huge amount of deduction from my policy

Location/place: Kolkata , WB

Name of company/service: ICICI Prulife

I have deposited Rs. 36000.00 in 3 years , Rs. 12000.00 premium each to my policy ” Life stage Assure growth plan” of ICICI Prulife.
I am surprised when I came to know that my Fund value i,E NAV now only Rs. 20562.00 that means I lost money Rs. 14500.00 already but NAV per unit has increased to Rs 13.80, I had bitter experience also with Max New york where I lost Rs. 12000.00 a few years back.But I cant expect that big company ICICI is now started cheating like this.
So, I requesting to consumer forum to resolve this issue and arrange to locate my principal amount towards my policy .
