I would like to inform you about a problem which raises a serious concern for the patient medical history. There was a HSG test has been done by Kamal hospital doctor’s team on 22/Aug/2015 11:29 AM”. I have collected observation report on the basis of HSG test and observation report prepared by doctor differ from actual outcome of the report.
