We booked an ambrane A-707 tab on home shop 18. then it reached us by 5-6 days. But on the first day i opened it and charged for the first time. then again on the second i thought that it is charged. then i opened for sometime to play. then after 3-4 hours the charge of battery finished. then when i was going to connect the charger it not happened . then i thought that it is a defective charger. then the full day we tried a lot but the tab didn’t opened . then i thought it is duplicate one. now i want to exchange it. please exchange
