HP Laptop’s Part Damage

I have purchase Laptop (HP Pavilion G4- 2049 Tx desire X) on 24.12.2012.

My laptop’s bottom cover (which is upon the Hard disk) crack on 05.06.2013 when i was putting my Laptop on the table that skip from mu hand. I complaint at HP Service center at 28.06.2013, But till now 19.07.2013 i did not get my laptop repair. And when i call in HP service center, they usually say me, your laptops damage part not available in stoke all the time. I called in HP service center more then 50 times but every time they said your complaint is in processing and your laptops damage part not available in our stoke.

Also i have log a complain in HP Service center(Complain No. 4704544153)but did not get any reply regarding this.

So it is requested to you, please help me to get my laptops damage part
immediately, I am waiting since a long time and i so worried about mu laptop.

PLEASE HELP ME………..
