When i called the distributor he informed me that they can not provide the gas to the locality khankah e moula. In this regard kindly me know what i will do. Kindly look into the matter, otherwise i shall be compelled to lodge the complaint in the consumer court of law. The people are suffering from the cold and the dealers are cheat with the sentiments. But may i know why they have then issued the gas connection. Why the rules are now followed. Isn’t this the liability of the dealer to deliver the refilling. I witness that they have and are delivering the re-fillings at areas out of their jurisdiction. Sorry to say that you advised me to visit the dealers office to expenditure long hours of my time. While as you are supposed to solve the problem and protect the rights of people from being violated, for which you have been appointed. Hope that my problem will be solved in an earliest so that i may not be compelled to take the issue in the consumer court.
