Horrible service.Service done was incomplete.

Name of company/service: jeewan motors (Maruti) Bhopal
Dear sir
I left my Maruti Zen (old model) for a paid service in Maruti authorised service centre Jeewan Motor,Bhopal.We asked the Service man to change the wind glass of the car,alongwith some other services.I dropped my car on 5th of May and it was delivered on 8th May.When I recieved my serviced car,I found that wind glass was not changed.Service advisor gave some non sense excuse for the same.Also their after service response was horrible.My job card no. was JC10002457.This thing can never be acceoted from brand like MARUTI.
Please give some positive response for this complaint.
