My BSNL boradband customer ID is 1017603078 and my account number is 1017839466. While logging into http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal with my registered ID and Password the name os the customer is mentioned as “SHASHI KUMAR SRIVASTAVA” instead of “Aaron DSouza”. On calling customer center they are stating that they are not able to see my account and there must be an error in my account number. This is not possible as i am getting regular monthly bills with the same account number and customer ID. Contact center personnel are extremely rude and unprofessional. They disconnect the calls time and agaiin. Horrible service and im sure BSNL will shut down very soon. Useless waste of government resources
