Horrible Service and customer care support by BSNL
My BSNL boradband customer ID is 1017603078 and my account number is 1017839466. While logging into http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal with my registered ID and Password the name os the customer is mentioned as “SHASHI KUMAR SRIVASTAVA” instead of “Aaron DSouza”.
