Horizontal lines on the display panel of my Samsung phone

I have purchased the Samsung GT-I9100G handset on 21st of June 2012 from E zone Powai-Mumbai (400076). But the display was seeing having a problem after few days. On the display panel 2 horizontal lines were clearly seen. Since I stay in Mumbai but I work in Pune-Maharashtra. So I did showed the phone to one of the Samsung cafe in Hadapasar (Pune-Maharashtar) and as per them the display had no issues after doing the RGB test for the screen and ignored the issue i was discussed with them. Also they never informed me about the replacement clause of 4 days.
After that since when I felt that the feedback provide by the customer care center in Pune wasn’t convincing enough I reported the issue from where I purchased the phone (E-zone). They then instructed me to report the issue to the Samsung service center. Also at the time the dealer didn’t inform me about the 4 day replacement policy and just asked me to get the approval letter to get the handset replaced from Samsung service center. Also no such clause was mentioned while the phone was being purchased.
Now when the same issue was reported to the service care center in Thane (Mumbai-India) they are agreeing about the display having an issue. But they are adment about not replacing the phone today stating that the replacement policy is covered only under 4days from the date of purchase.
So now here I can’t understand where my fault is, since from the customer point of view I don’t find myself delaying in reporting the issue from my end and if at all if their was any delay then that was b’coz of the wrong/insufficient instructions provided to me by all. So now when I am asking for a replacement, then why my request is being turned down. So request you to please look into this & revert.
