Complaint about the Furniture

Hello,

I am Manisha Dixit, I have bought furniture of worth Rs.43,650 in the month of September 2011from Housefull Furniture, Aundh Branch Pune. I have taken that furniture on EMI installments. They have given one year warranty on that furniture. they have given us such a bad quality furniture every thing is breaking day by day. we have complaint two week back about there furniture since it is under warranty period but they are not giving any response, we have been doing follow up from last two weeks moreover the way of talking of them is very rude.

Now I am very worried about the quality of the furniture because I have taken it on EMI installments.
