I have purchased new window AC 1.5 Ton in May 2012…after 1 month there are repetitive technical problems even after constant repairing the machine for 5-6 times. Now, When I asked them to replace this machine then they are saying to wait for 1-1.5 month and passing the time like this. Nobody is helping me. I am calling them daily since 2 months without any resolution. Request you to please look into this matter. Thanks!
