I wanted to get a multiroom connection of Airtel TV. I am an existing customer. The customer id is 3000204745. I have checkout the website and there I have given my name and phone number to get the digital TV. Instantly, I received a call from Mr Bajrang and they told me that they are from vertexgroup. I have also have the mail from them. After I made the payment from netbanking on 1st Aug 2012 at 8:54PM, no one had called me up, neither I have received any mail from Airtel after complaining the same.
Kindly help.
