I have purchased two holiday package from bagittoday through there sales person who called me on my mobile. We purchased the vouchers on 05/08/2011 vide booking id 1008564334 for Mangesh mistry & 1008564109 for deric Praveen Louis. Paying Rs.7000.00 for each which is valid for 1 year.
Now when we want to redeem this voucher we are facing a hell with the bagittoday as the booking is being done by a third party called affordable sales promotions Pvt ltd.
The response we are getting is the worst from both the companies. This is what we faced
1.We send the 2 nos vouchers and 2 nos demand draft of Rs. 750.00 in different covers( as per terms) to the address mentioned, by registered Indian post on 23/05/2012 but the post is returned say the party left without address. We have sent the post after confirming the address and mode with the customer care over the phone.
2.We call the customer care they say there is some work going on that address so it may be returned so please send on different address i.e. b-12 ground floor sector -2 noida. We send by speed post but again it is returned to us. We lodge a complaint with bagitttaoday customer care. But there is only one response saying concerned department has been informed we will get back to you in 4 to 5 days.
3.We call bagittoday they suggest us to send by courier so we send it by blue dart courier on 16/05/2012 and on 25/05/2012 we get mail saying the voucher is rejected as it does not comply with terms and conditions. But no specific reason is mentioned. Again after trying several times the call center finally says there has to be 7 days interval which is not there so it is rejected, but the validity of voucher is expired. They want me to send fresh vouchers again with different dates with seven days interval, but by the time I do all this they will say that 1 year validity of the voucher is over. they just pushing time not to give the booking so the time is over. we have already lost 1 month in this address issue.
4.I want the authority to take action and get refund our money as we cannot trust such companies. the customer care is so bad they don’t talk good, they are rude, and they hang up the call. The response is zero from bagittoday. We cannot take a risk of going on vacation from such companies.
Appropriate action should be taken as we feel bagittoday is cheating the public with such offers and wasting our time and energy of innocent people.
