HITACHI window A.C. (1.5.Ton)

A complain for non-working of the HITACHI Window AC (1.5 Ton, Model No.RAA18CP8, Outdoor sl. no.030B00282) was lodged vide complain no. 12052900707 on 29.5.2012 through customer care of HITACHI (Te. No.011-35324848. A person from Parth Service, D-370, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi-110017 came on 31.5.2012 for inspection and identified the problem as ‘gas charging required’. A visiting charge of Rs. 330 was collected vide invoice no. 164 dated 31.5.2012. The Window AC was taken to their workshop on 1.6.2012 and delivered on 3.6.2012 at the residence of the customer. A sum of Rs.3470 was collected vide invoice no.207 dated 3.6.2012.Three weeks after the ‘gas charging’ by Parth Service the A.C stopped cooling once again and another complain lodged vide no.12062501700 dated 25.6.2012.This was followed by telephonic reminders to both HITAHI customer care on 29.6.2012, 3.7.2012 and 4.7.2012 as well as Parth Service several times without any result till today.One person visited and assured that it will be done shortly which turned out to be a false assurance. Sent e.mail complaint to HITACHI on line complain and spoken to one Adesh Chauhan (Tel. no.41007094 and 9810909930) of Parth Service, New Delhi. A sum of Rs. 3800 (330+3470) has already been received by Parth Service without any service. The A.C. is out of warranty period.Either the money be returned , or, the A.C be repaired effectively in next 3 days time. There is no use of the service once the summer season is over.
