Dear Sir,
Myself, Tushar – working with Neesa Leisure Ltd – Neesa Group, under its sister concern company Gujarat Syscom Technologies Pvt. Ltd, due to lots of managerial problems and other financial problems they strignt way told me to put resignation, with the respect and trust i was put, however i was told and send my resignation along with aksing of one month notice – without pay even but the HR of this company Paresh was denied and told me to put as per their own format and they advised me to put and ensure me to release my full n final as soon as possible, after that lots of reminders, calls, sms, they didn’t turned up. still i am waiting for my out standing, the full and final is made, auditted but still they do not release.
even i send more than 200 mails to this companies chairman – Shri Sanjay Gupta, he also not replying and responding.
Please do the favor and necessary action so i can get my outstanding which is 1,20,698/- they hold my three months salary jan to march-2012 and 30days leave encashment.
