hitachi a.c in warranty but not repairing it

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: haryana&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: hitachi</p>i hv registered a complaint on custamer care. on hitachi sep 2012 .but nobody came at my home to fix the a.c problem.
now again i registered complain on 1st june. no body is coming…to fix it.
nd its warrenty will finish on 8 th june.
they are doing time pass…that smebody will come today . tomrrow.but no body is coming.
my complain no is. (13060100932).
