MY mobile number is 9150380441..I’m using MTS prepaid sim.. i wanted to PORT my number to Vodafone.. so I went to a ‘VODAFONE mini store, PN ROAD, TIRUPUR, TAMILNADU ‘ on 15.05.2014.. I gave them a MNP PORT CODE(which I got from previous network).. I also paid rs.110.. But they rejected my ID proof after 2 weeks saying that the proof validity ended… But I clearly said that the proof is valid upto 2016.. they also asked me another PORT code and proof, which I provided.. Another 15 days passed,on 13.06.2014 after which I enquired them about the status.. they again said some lame excuse n asked another PORT CODE.. usually the procedure takes only one week.. but I waited one MONTH.. I’m very much UPSET about this irresponsible behaviour.. so I need compensation for my time and money loss..
