This is to bring to your kind attention that I Roger McCrea have been staying at this Current address 8/1 Sandle Street Kolkata -700016 Consumer number-25055206007 for the past three years and my electricity has never gone above Rs 1300/-, this month my electricity bill has hit double the amount whereby amounting to Rs 2430 which is very shocking. I have not used any other electronic items that would result in such a high bill for this month.
I would request you if you could look into the matter at the earliest. I would be more than obliged if you send personnel from your department so that the issue is resolved at the earliest.
