Defective Split Air Conditioner

RAC 518 ERD/111B00191 (Outdoor Unit)
Company supplied the above defective Split A/C unit in March 2011. The A/C has not performed a single day as per design specifications. Company has failed to rectify the defect in last 2 years including gurantee period inspite of more thae 35 complaints at their customer care centre at Ahmedabad Tel. No 35324848

Complaints regulary lodged at service centre
Co. head quaretr, GM,Head customer care and many other service staff in last 2 years. But till date Hitachi has failed to rectify the defect.
We have suffered mental agony and torture of complaing every week besides suffering in hot summer
Hitachi owes responsibility to refund full amount of Rs 41400 paid by me at the time of purchase invoice No 10555 dated 33.03.2011 to M/S Choice Electronics, H15.Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092. Hitachi should pay reasonable intrest along with purchase cost and compensation for causing mental agony to the family. All proofs are available with me and can be produced in court which includes several E-mails to Hitachi in past 2 years.. The defective compressor is under 5 years gurantee but Hitachi does not want to replace the compressor till gurantee period is over. This is not only deficiency in service but also cheating a customer by supplying defective product and not taking responsibilty of replacing or repaing satisfactorily.
