Sir,
I purchased a ready made lady’s garment (1 set) from Hi-Style (Mugappair) stores, for RS.1200 but after wearing it for an hour, the border color peeled off and started dropping towards the main garment design and within the next hour like a majic the second color completely peeled off, like an old garment.
To my surprise, even without putting it in water it automatically changed the second color.
When I took it to the stores, the supervisor cooly tells, sometimes it happens like that and you can come after 2 days and pick up a new one in its place.
I had to fight with him to get the replacement that day itself, as we cannot go on the days he tells us. Told this itself is an additional trip for me.
When I was exchanging words with the supervisor, another customer peeps in and said it happened to her as well and they have replaced after 2 days.
So before buying garments from Hi-Style take utmost care and think twice.
The shop is owned by Mr.Kiran and staff telling us he never comes to the shop, and we cannot even talk to him as well.
